Luvchild’s genre-bending songwriting speaks straight to the heart, and has garnered her 1 million plus streams across platforms. Personal in lyrical content and playful in sound experimentation, Luvchild's music can be found on a wide spectrum of playlist titles from moments of solitude, long work days, and intimate nights. Hailing from Pittsburgh and based in NYC, she has played nearly every major indie venue in New York from Pianos to Bowery Electric, Mercury Lounge, Shrine Harlem, Knitting Factory, House of Yes, the Bitter End, and been a billed artist at the D.C. Womxn F*** S*** U*! music festival. Outside of her musical work, Luvchild is involved in community programming to end mass incarceration and uplift the and dreams of girls and GNCT+ teenagers. In the collective imagination for a world in which everyone has everything that they need, Luvchild is also pursuing a masters degree in music therapy in order to cull her gifts for medicinal art and to find ways to create more access to alternative healing practices.
